Virtual Eating Disorder Therapy
Healing Your Relationship with Self, Food, and Body
-Without Shame or Judgment
There's no one ‘right’ way to heal, let's create your path together
I help people navigate their relationship with food, body, and self-worth in a way that feels sustainable and free from shame. Whether you're struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating, the pressure of diet culture, or just feeling out of sync with yourself, I take a compassionate, flexible approach that meets you where you are. My work acknowledges the many influences-personal, cultural, and systemic-that shape our experiences, and I use a harm-reduction lens, meaning there's no "right" way to heal, just what works for you.

MY PHILOSOPHY
My work is deeply relationship-focused and rooted in community. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, understood, and deeply valued-not just for who they could become, but for who they are right now. I take a client-led approach, allowing you to decide where you want to go in our work together.
Rather than imposing an agenda, I prioritize your autonomy and move at a pace that honors your needs and readiness. My style incorporates positive psychology and motivational interviewing, continuously exploring the why behind your thoughts and behaviors-not to challenge or critique, but to deeply understand your experiences.
A key part of my philosophy is harm reduction. In traditional eating disorder treatment, success is often measured by whether a behavior is stopped completely-but I believe this approach leaves a lot of people behind. Harm reduction means that healing isn't just about eliminating behaviors; it's also about learning how to take care of yourself, even if you're still engaging in them. Instead of focusing on whether you should stop a behavior, we work together to understand what purpose it serves and explore ways to support your body and well-being, no matter where you are in the process. You don't need to be ready for full recovery to deserve care.
I also recognize that our relationships with food and body don't exist in a vacuum-they are deeply shaped by systems like diet culture, capitalism, racism, ableism, and other societal structures. My work is about helping you unlearn the messages that were never truly yours to carry and understanding your struggles in the broader context of the world around you.
More than anything, I want my clients to feel loved exactly as they are. My role isn't to dictate what healing should look like for you. It's to reflect back the best, most authentic parts of you-the ones that might have been buried under shame, perfectionism, or external expectations. The connection we build isn't based on whether you get better-it's about creating a safe enough space where you can explore even the most shame-filled or painful areas of your life, knowing you will be met with kindness, love, and unwavering support.
